Child star Dakota Fanning’s character in Twilight: New Moon has been hailed as ‘scary as hell’ – find out who by here.
Fast-growing child star Dakota Fanning’s character in Twilight: New Moon has been hailed as ‘scary as hell’ by co-star Michael Sheen.
Even at 11 years old Fanning was hailed as the most powerful actress in Hollywood, with an amazing run of top-grossing movies which included War of the Worlds and Man On Fire.
Now aged 15, the actress has donned red contact lenses and black robes to play Volturi vampire Jane in the highly-anticipated second movie in the Twilight saga, which is sure to be one of the biggest films of the year.
“She’s fantastic,” Sheen said. “She’s scary as hell, but she looks so sweet. She’s got a great character there. People are really going to love her.”
The British actor described his own character Volturi leader Aro as “very calming on the surface, very gentle and soft on the surface. But beneath, he is a psychopathic killer… He’s a great character, and I had a great time doing it.”
So will his character appear in future Twilight movies then? Sheen replied: “He doesn’t appear in Eclipse. He appears again in Breaking Dawn… Who knows? Nothing has been spoken about yet.”
